This little tomte-village was a tradition in my home when I was a child and I can still recall how angry I got when my brother broke the lamp that hangs from the roof! He plugged it into an electricity socket and got himself a shock... twenty years later the lamp is still broken... and my brother still alive =)

I totally agree with You, M! This image brought me right back to the early Xmases I experienced in my grandparents house by the lake. You know, while magic still excisted and and true Xmas-spirite and excitement emerged the minute You stepped in through the door and smelled the porridge and fruitsoup blend with the fragrance of the christmastree...
