Becca likes to paint
Becca likes to paint, there's no doubt about that. I like to watch while she's doing it, because of her limitless enthusiasm, vivid imagination and lack of fear when it comes to exploring new material and media.
When Becca paints the process of painting is lively accompanied by discussion. Monlogue or dialogue is of less importance, but she likes feedback and quickly grasps new ideas provided by her companions. Despite this, she will never compromise with her own artistic intentions.
I'm blessed. Truly blessed. I get to be around these brilliant creative youngsters everyday. Becca is one of them.
Here are three of her very fresh and recent (from today, in fact!) acryl paintings for all of us to enjoy!

mermaid or landlubber?
Fate brought me out to sea today, with [m/aux ALEXANDRA] , knowing I'd much rather spend time IN water than ON water...
... is it possible for a lady of a lake to be a landlubber?
Even Mr D claims he'd prefer a ship with at least two dancefloors and three restaurants, but I'm not sure: he's looking awfully satisfied with the situation...
... and the lakemaid of a tiny little lake in northern ostrobothnia is fully pleased with the fact she never really had to leave the inner archipelago of Eastern Uusimaa, Finland, to sail the seven seas...

kingfisher's view
Kingfisher-metallic-mode-postcard found among old letters, cards, photos and treasures beyond measures... Funny how the same situation can appear so different depending on the angle from where You look. This card is much more dull, harsch and dark if You approach it from the opposite direction, even under the same light conditions.
Maybe it's the same with life?
