But is it really a tomte-gnome? Are you all sure? To me it looks like it might be some sort of orc? With the scales on the shoulders-thing and all... But maybe they're related species? :-)
According to my research... ehumm... it might be a tomte who got entangled in the Battle of Thermopylae (see the movie '300' and enjoy!) and who miraculously survived. And who now needs a hot shower and a stiff drink to get back into his... shall we say tomte-ness??
Am I heading in the right direction with this one???

Both Ch and I have tried ever so hard to turn our backs on the profane temptations but since not every tomte is a modest and firm in character as Your gnome... well... maybe next year we'll succeed? Or not. ;-)
